Great creative should communicate many things. On a basic level, it should communicate four things:

• What is your product or service?
• Why should I buy your product or service?
• How can I buy your product or service?

We believe that great creative should also do one more thing and we believe it's the most important thing. Great creative should get results. To help us accomplish this goal, we use our  seven-step process for project success.

To provide our clients with the highest quality and effective creative possible – all while staying within a predetermined budget and timeline. To help us accomplish this goal, we use a seven-step process for project success:

STEP 1: CONDUCT A CREATIVE BRIEF MEETING

The purpose of this initial meeting is to meet key contacts for the project – both ours and yours – and learn about your project. We will ask questions and collect all necessary information to begin and plan for development, including:
• Deadline for completion

• Budget parameters
• Target audience
• Key messages of the communication
• Media vehicle
• Required artwork and/or style guidelines
• History and outcomes of similar past projects

STEP 2: HOLD A CREATIVE CONCEPTING SESSION

Now the fun begins! Working within the confines of the Creative Brief we will breathe life into the content and information we came away with after our initial meeting, and develop several concepts for the project. We will also define associated costs for each concept.

STEP 3: MAKE CLIENT CONCEPT PRESENTATION

Once we’ve chosen our strongest concepts, we will present them to you for review and consideration. Along with our ideas we will also provide a rough estimate of costs associated with the project.

STEP 4: ESTABLISH A WORKING TIMELINE

With written approval on the concept and final budget we will establish a timeline that fits within the specifications of the Creative Brief.

STEP 5: INITIATE PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

At this point we move into full project development with art direction, copywriting, photography and all other required design details to produce the approved concept. Throughout this step it is important to maintain an open agency-client channel of communication so that any necessary changes can be made on the spot and avoid incurring additional costs for revisions.

STEP 6: ACQUIRE FINAL SIGNOFF

Once all collateral has been created we acquire final signoff and deliver materials.

STEP 7: SOLICIT PROJECT FEEDBACK

Our relationship doesn’t end when the project ends. We follow up after the project is complete to solicit your feedback on how we can further serve you, and confirm that we met the objectives set in the Creative Brief.
